Position Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of MRO guidelines regarding provision of services, documentation requirements, qualifying diagnoses, and level of need issues.
• Have a clear understanding of the relationship between DARMHA (Data Assessment Registry Mental Health & Addiction) and treatment planning
• Ability to export files from one program and submit to another
• Identify and correct errors that prevent the file from exporting
• Work with clinical staff to correct errors
• Respond to questions timely regarding DARMHA and MRO service pack
• Monitor timely completion of assessments and reassessments to maintain MRO services
• Maintain knowledge of DARMHA website, documents, and the assessments necessary to assist in the training of staff entry
• Work closely with Clinical departments, Billing department, and EPIC CT’s.

• 10%, Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Minimum Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum Experience: 
  • Two (2) years’ experience in working with computers and able to navigate beyond basics
  • Two (2) years’ experience with Behavioral Health preferred
• Minimum Knowledge and Skills: 
  • Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook
  • Data Entry knowledge
  • Computer Coding knowledge
  • Knowledge of Behavioral Health Diagnoses

• 8-hour shift, unpaid lunch 30 or 60 minutes
• Day shift, start time 7:30-4 or 8-4:30
• Monday to Friday

• Vincennes, IN: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Driver's License (Required)
