- Provide comprehensive financial updates to senior managers and the board by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points.
- Experience with budgeting and cash flow management
- Develop, implement and maintain financial controls and guidelines.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Healthcare experience preferred
