What would you be doing?

• Plan preparation, details, proposals, and client presentations for highway, bridge, traffic and other transportation related projects
• Create project strategies, approaches, and schedules.
• Manage project financials and assign resources accordingly
• Provide technical expertise to engineers and technical staff
• Create and maintain client relationships

What do you need to bring to the table?

• 10 Years’ experience in Highway, Bridge, or Traffic Design
• 3D Design experience with MicroStation and AutoCAD
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Project Management and Business Development experience preferred
• Experienced with CTDOT design standards and criteria related to highway, bridge, and Traffic design and plans production; able to interpret and apply technical information contained in procedures and manuals to accomplish the design process for assigned projects
• P.E. Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
