American Heritage Financial is seeking candidates for a variety of positions such as experienced financial planner, wealth management advisor, or insurance professional. These are direct sales roles.

Responsibilities:

Experienced Representatives will:

· Meet and exceed revenue goals

· Conduct review meetings with existing book of clients and make any necessary changes to client’s financial plan

· Strengthen relationships with a portion of existing book of business clientele

· Develop new client relationships

· Generate new business through both existing book and/or new relationships

New Representatives will:

• Network and prospect for future clients
• Develop relationships with clients
• Conduct Fact Finding meetings with Clients to determine needs
• Present solution-based Next-Steps to clients
• Assist clients through the process of conducting business with AHF
• Follow up with clients regularly

We have all the training for new agents already in place. While sales and/or insurance experience is beneficial, candidates who are coachable and willing to work, with little-to-no experience, can expect to earn a significant income in their first year.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

· At least 3 years of successful financial sales experience- preferred

· Life and Health Insurance License-required but not prior to interview for those entering the industry.

· Series 6, 63 or 65-optional

· Series 7-optional

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
