    Duties include but are not limited to the following:

    • Management of the infrastructure used to support EOIR's custom applications;
    • Management the deployment process and CI/CD pipeline;
    • Providing services that permit the publication and transmission of information regarding EOIR programs to internal and external audiences using the internet;
    • Developing and maintaining monitoring tools and dash boards used to keep EOIR application infrastructure running;
    • Analysis of the infrastructure to determine where performance and cost improvements can be made.

    For the GS - 14 LEVEL:
    Experience Requirements: You must have IT-related experience in each of the following four competencies listed below which must be supported by the information contained in your resume and other application materials.
    • Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail.
    • Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services.
    • Oral Communication - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately.
    • Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.

    Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least one or more full-time years (12-months) of specialized work experience, equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service, performing the following duties:
    1) Supervise projects and activities relating to planning, developing, designing, implementation, organizing, administering, managing, and evaluating the effectiveness of internet and intranet sites;
    2) Provide guidance in the design, documentation, development, modification, testing, installation, implementation, and support of new or existing applications software; AND
    3) Oversee Application Software programs that involve translating technical specification into programming specifications.
