The Operations Manager oversees all aspects of the Housekeeping, Laundry, and Maintenance departments, ensuring the needs of the Operations, Guest Services, and Sales teams are met. The role directs and coordinates all cleaning and maintenance activities of the facilities, interior and exterior, including routine and deep cleaning of guestrooms, public areas, back of the house and laundry operations and the routine maintenance and properly scheduled preventative maintenance, ensuring the proper appearance of the Hotel from the entrance to the roof. Additionally, the role acts as the Manager on Duty (MOD) when scheduled.
