The Marketing/Inside Sales Specialist will manage communications and follow-up on inquiries and warm leads generated through company websites and social media outlets.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Develops relationships with potential clients by responding to website and social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
· Develops and implements strategies for follow-up and sales conversion tracking.
· Applies knowledge of the services to the needs of potential clients.
· Answers inquiries from clients concerning services available.
· Communicates leads and service interest to appropriate salesperson to close sale.
· Periodically prepares and reports results, status of contact, and leads to manager.
· Collect content (pictures, video, etc) for social media, websites, flyers, and other advertising platforms.
· Assist in planning and developing programs to maintain a favorable company image.
· Study the company’s objectives and assist in building PR and marketing strategies that influence public opinion.
· Assist with projects and events.
· Build and maintain relationships with community partners and members.
· Maintain knowledge of company resources.
· Attend meetings for the department or business units as needed.
· Coordinate with the sales team and other departments as needed in responding to leads.
· Demonstrate creativity and initiative on all tasks and projects.
· Participate in PQI and administrative meetings as requested.
· Perform any other job-related duties pertaining to the Marketing Department of Wayne Halfway House, Inc.
Education and Experience
· A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
· Bachelor’s degree in business field is preferred.
· At least 2 years in sales and marketing is preferred.
NO FELONY CONVICTIONS. Must pass a drug screen and background check and maintain eligibility for continued employment.
