Job Summary:

We are looking for full-time Field Service Technicians to join our busy company. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and maintenance for our customers. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. There are some skills that are extremely helpful, but we will train you to our specific skill set that you will use throughout your career. You will be able to diagnose and service multiple facets of the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of well, water filtration and geothermal heat pump equipment at customer sites
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to determine the best course of action
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site

Helpful and Preferred Experience (will train right candidate):

• Electrical
• Plumbing
• HVAC
• Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and procedures
• Ability to operate, maintain and tend machinery and industrial equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal

You have a strong work ethic, a great attitude and are polite with customers. You take direction well and can follow instructions from supervisors.
