Top E-commerce Executive develops and articulates the overall vision, strategy, and capacity needed to support organizational long-term and short-term e-commerce sales growth goals. Evaluates and recommends e-commerce investments & initiatives and leads the development of business cases and marketing plans. Being a Top E-commerce Executive identifies opportunities for innovation and expansion of customer engagement and revenue using data and analytics to study traffic, trends, customer touchpoints, and pain points. Partners with stakeholders across the organization to optimize digital channels. Additionally, Top E-commerce Executive prioritizes and plans technical projects for improvements to customer experience, new e-commerce features and offerings. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top E-commerce Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top E-commerce Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. We are located on a 20 acre setting with easy parking and tranquil surroundings. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a 30 to 60 minute lunch break. Employees are welcome to use our fully equipped break lounge.
This is a ground floor opportunity with a fast growing eCommerce business that takes great care of its employees. This job does not work overtime, it is consistently 40 hours per week. This job is not seasonal, the schedule is the same all year. This job offers paid time off and paid holidays. Holidays include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas.

- Packaging online orders
- Stocking shelves
- Creating potting mixes from materials like Monterey Pine Bark, Coconut Husk, and more

Starting wage is $13.50/hr with raise opportunities available every 1000 hours worked.
Work is inside in a heated and air conditioned facility. The work environment is fast paced, friendly, and not customer facing. All new hires must be able to lift at least 35 pounds and have their own transportation. Come join us!
