Top E-commerce Executive develops and articulates the overall vision, strategy, and capacity needed to support organizational long-term and short-term e-commerce sales growth goals. Evaluates and recommends e-commerce investments & initiatives and leads the development of business cases and marketing plans. Being a Top E-commerce Executive identifies opportunities for innovation and expansion of customer engagement and revenue using data and analytics to study traffic, trends, customer touchpoints, and pain points. Partners with stakeholders across the organization to optimize digital channels. Additionally, Top E-commerce Executive prioritizes and plans technical projects for improvements to customer experience, new e-commerce features and offerings. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top E-commerce Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top E-commerce Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. What you would be working on:
· Capturing high-quality images of our products to be showcased on eBay, Marketplace and auction sites.
· Photograph a variety of products including a ton of Amazon products and returns!
· Ensure that each product is accurately represented through high-quality images that highlight features and details.
· Collaborate with the production team to develop creative concepts for product photography.
· Maintain a consistent style and aesthetic across all product images to reinforce brand identity.
· Edit and retouch images as needed to enhance visual appeal and clarity.
· Manage and organize digital image files efficiently.
What will help you be successful:
· Proven experience as a photographer, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
· Proficiency with photography equipment including cameras, lighting, and accessories.
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
