    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Establish customer relations and provide inspection, testing, and monitoring solutions to existing and new customers. 
    • Identify all opportunities for all different types of fire protection systems
    • Work with other members of the Sales team to coordinate all types of sales related activities inclusive of construction, repair, maintenance, or other needs the customer may have. 
    • Cross-train in sales Admin position
    • Utilize estimation tools to deliver accurate pricing to prospective customers
    • Keep detailed activity in CRM system
    • Promptly respond to customer requests
    • Adhere to sales plan to achieve established goals and other key performance indicators 
    • Prospect for new customers, perform cold calling, perform site surveys, establish networking opportunities, perform presentations
    • Candidate can expect extended traveling in a multi-county area.
    • Willing/Able to Set-up, Attend, and Breakdown Trade shows, Lunch N Learns, Outside events to attract and develop future customer base.

     

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Commercial Service Sales experience required (ie Security, Pest Control, HVAC Services, etc...)
    • Proficient in the use of computers and mobile devices
    • Organized, motivated, and able to work with minimum supervision.
    • Valid driver’s license with good driving record    

    Preferred

    • Knowledge of Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, Fire Extinguisher, Fire Suppression system Inspection and Testing Frequencies and Requirements Preferred
    • Able to recognize and familiar with various types of systems at a customer site is a plus
    • NICET Certification in Fire Alarm Systems, Water-Based Fire Protection, or Special Hazards a plus

     

    Pay

    $900-$1100/week base to start, plus a robust commission package after training is complete


    Physical Requirements 

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and climb stairs, or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
