Plans and allocates the capital, equipment, and operating budget to support current operations and long-term facility plans. Account Executives (AE) primarily focus on new business development. Account Executives build and service portfolios of clients in assigned geographic markets, and customer sales verticals. Once they close a new service agreement or project sale, the operations team handles the entire fulfillment process. The customer relationship remains with the AE. The AE will provide good customer service and ensure the customer is happy with service delivery. The AE also manages all renewals of service agreements for their assigned client portfolio.
Reports any quality control issues to the DOO for assigned accounts.
The employee will be groomed and dressed with proper decorum that meets company standards. This includes wearing professionally branded business attire, which is clean, pressed, and orderly, and being properly groomed including clean-shaven, or a neatly trimmed beard (if male). Visible tattoos on the face, neck, or hands are prohibited as well as non-traditional piercings or hairstyles.
While performing duties, employees are regularly required to use written and oral communication skills; may read and interpret data, information, and documents; observe and respond to people and situations; learn and apply new information or skills; work under deadlines, and interact with others encountered in the course of work. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Travel throughout the assigned market is required, as well as routine travel to HQ as needed for various training initiatives.
