Plans and allocates the capital, equipment, and operating budget to support current operations and long-term facility plans. Being a Top Facilities Management Executive ensures the reliability of all building mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing, and waste management systems. Reviews and negotiates contract terms and conditions for contractors selected for facility projects and the delivery of services. Job Summary:
The General Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing a variety of preventative maintenance and general maintenance tasks for buildings, systems, equipment, and machinery. This position requires practical skill and knowledge in trades such as HVAC, carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting, and masonry.
Pay Rate: $29.57 per hour
Shift: Monday- Friday, Day Shift, 40 hours per week

The environment will be both inside and outside various facilities
This job may require work on the roof of a building or in the basement and confined spaces
May experience high noise levels in connection with equipment and construction tools
Must be able to perform work while wearing all required PPE.
Must be willing to accept requirements and participate in training for Confined Space to include all aspects of breathing apparatus Fit Testing.
Once certified to do so, must be willing to work in confined spaces
