Top Fundraising Executive develops and directs an organization's fundraising strategies, campaigns, capital development initiatives, and operations to support the overall organizational development and revenue objectives. Leads donor stewardship and relations to identify, develop, retain, and nurture a portfolio of individual and institutional donors. Being a Top Fundraising Executive researches and identifies potential corporate or governmental partnerships and grant funding opportunities. Creates collaborative coordination between staff and internal stakeholders to plan events and communications to increase donor engagement. Additionally, Top Fundraising Executive uses technology to manage and monitor donor information and produce data-driven measurement and reporting of the progress of fundraising goals. High Rocks is a growing organization seeking a team member in our Development Office. Responsibilities include a range of duties, including grant writing and reporting, private donor management, community outreach, evaluation, and data collection. Strong candidates for this position will have a background in fundraising, grant writing, and community outreach and will be able to work in a team setting.
Applicants with excellent writing skills who are comfortable communicating with donors are preferred.
