Being a Top Global Ethics & Compliance Executive ensures that policies reflect domestic and international legal requirements and industry-specific codes governing ethical standards and comply with transparency reporting requirements. Communicates the organization's ethical standards with messaging and delivers employee training programs that raise awareness about ethics-related topics such as Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, Conflicts of Interest, and others. Additionally, Top Global Ethics & Compliance Executive monitors compliance with policies and investigates and remediates any non-compliant actions. Responsible for maintaining confidential reporting systems allowing employees, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders to disclose violations of the organization's ethical standards, violations of law, or policies without fear of retaliation. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. May require the Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP)certification. Typically reports to top management. Senior Director of Global Planning
Location: AZ
Salary: 230K to 260K Plus 20% Bonus
As the Senior Director of Global Planning, you are responsible for leading activities related to the demand planning, production planning, inventory control and material planning. You will have significant authority in Strategic Planning, work cross-functionally to achieve organizational objectives and drive functional excellence and continuous improvement. You are accountable for and lead multiple, highly complex global projects. You will continuously improve planning processes to drive better business results, build a world-class workforce that creates competitive advantage by hiring the right people, developing, coaching, and retaining top talent, and ensure the SIOP/S&OP/IBP processes are delivering at world-class levels to maximize revenue, reduce costs & inventory, and achieve top tier delivery performance for our customers.
You will report directly to our Vice President of Planning/Logistics.
Key Responsibilities
• Liaison between corporate planning function and the business. Needs to easily be able to interpret messages into actionable items.
• Develop and optimize planning processes and facilitate the 5 Step SIOP/S&OP/IBP process
• Works closely with cross functional groups to understand demand, supply, and material requirement plans
• Establish maturity standards to ensure delivery of inventory targets, PFEP, and reduction of aged inventory
• We are looking for a strong leader that can be coach/mentor and develop employees
• Streamline work through digital transformation of Operating Systems
YOU MUST HAVE
• Proven S&OP & SIOP experience leading Supply Chain organizations to deliver delivery, cost, and inventory performance
• Global end to end planning for Supply, Demand, Production
Experience working with large manufacturing companies in the 2 to 3 Billion Dollar Manufacturing Range with 6 to 8 Manufactories.
• Bachelor Degree: Engineering, Supply Chain or related field
• Experience planning for Continuous flow manufacturing
• Experience in broad managerial role leading multiple functions
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Proven results delivering innovative solutions to complex organizational problems
• Extensive influencing and collaboration skills with commercial business leaders
• Expertise on leading / driving change, and mentoring teams & peers
• Extensive experience in S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Inventory Management and Materials Management
• Passion for driving continuous improvement/lean six sigma
