    A successful Sales Executive at Level 3 AV will:

    As a Sales Executive with uncapped earning potential, you will contribute to the organization’s mission by building long-term relationships with a growing client list. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will contact business decision-makers, listen, learn and provide solutions to at times complex AV needs through top-of-mind awareness of Level 3 AV’s products and services. You will do this by:

    • Converting Leads: Developing qualified leads vetted via the sales development team; Scheduling and presenting Level 3 Audiovisual’s capabilities while developing relationships with senior level and key decision makers in target organizations ; Following up with leads from various sources including prospects from the company website, customer referrals, and aging leads within the existing database; Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance on new technologies and solutions
    • Sales-Focused Customer Service: Providing support and follow-up via phone and email to inquiring leads and current customers; Developing profitable and sustaining business relationships within the national design/build arena that includes Fortune 500 prospects, AV/IT consulting firms, national architectural and design firms, and national construction management firms; Exhibiting a consultative sales approach to determine a customer’s technology needs
    • Creating and Following Operational Guidelines: Maintaining call list and managing report data; Collecting and analyzing report data around performance, campaign and operational execution; Achieving weekly targets such as number of qualified opportunities per campaign, number of daily activities/tasks, call quality, appointment setting and sales skills; Utilizing CRM system to map accounts and document prospecting activities; Uncovering project opportunities and manage throughout hand off to Operations or special projects team
    • Growing Sales for the Organization: Achieving key, ongoing sales goals and growth initiatives; Share, learn, and collaborate with team members to develop strategies, improve execution, and generate ideas that drive team results and success; Participating in AVIXA, IFMA, AIA, and other pertinent organizations for networking purposes as approved

    You’ll learn early we value transparency. Here are the performance goals for the Sales Executive position:

    • (7) Seven new qualified Leads/Opportunities each month
    • Follow up/schedule meetings with (4) existing clients per month to update on Level 3 Audiovisual and discuss new opportunities
    • Maintain a detailed business development pipeline tracker and locate all opportunites within NetSuite
    • Participate with management in a monthly conference e call to review activities and progress toward metrics.

    Qualifications:

    • 4 years sales and / or business development experience with high level executives, preferably in the IT as a Service space; proven track record of securing F500/Enterprise clientele
    • Knowledge in the Audiovisual Industry
    • Ability to assess business opportunities and coordinate specialists to harvest business
    • Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks / projects
    • High level verbal and written communication skills
    • Problem solving and trouble shooting skills
    • Detail orientation and ability to follow-through with lengthy projects
    • Excellent spelling, grammar, and business proposal preparation skills
    • Creativity and independent thinking
    • Deductive reasoning and application skills
    • Proven proficiency in common software applications including but not limited to PowerPoint, Excel, Word, internet savvy
