As the Camp Executive Director, you'll helm the administrative operations, driving forward our mission to serve Bay Area youth from underserved communities through enriching summer camp experiences. Your role, as a Camp Executive Director, will encompass overseeing programs, events, and facilities, while also taking the lead in staff recruitment and financial management.

Location: Hybrid schedule-remote and onsite in Gregorio, Ca
Salary: $75-95k, commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and articulate the organization's vision and strategic direction.
· Recommend and implement short-term and long-range plans and budgets to the Board of Directors.
· Ensure overall programmatic excellence, including rigorous program evaluation and consistent quality of finance, administration, fundraising, and communications.
· Supervise, train, and evaluate staff, providing support for recruitment, hiring, and professional development.
· Manage day-to-day operations, including facilities maintenance, event management, and volunteer engagement.
· Maintain financial management systems, oversee budgeting, and expand fundraising efforts.
