Top Human Resources Executive plans and directs all aspects of an organization's human resources policies, objectives, and initiatives. Implements an end-to-end human resources function to deliver talent acquisition, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and employee support services. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
At Minimum Duties & Responsibilities
· Create and Maintain Employee personnel files.
· Onboard new hires, including new hire paperwork, enter account into ADP
· Process company payroll in ADP
· Manage employee PTO and Sick Time balances
· Stay up to date with all H/R laws & keep the company in compliance
· Process unemployment, wage garnishment, Maternity Leave, Family Leave and Medical Leave
· Coordinate employee benefits with our benefits providers
· Coordinate workers compensation claims with our Operations Manager
· Coordinate employee disciplinary actions.
· Coordinate annual wage/salary increases
· All other functions and responsibilities agreed between Hensley Event Resources and employee.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must be Bilingual in Spanish & English
· Minimum 3 years Human Resources experience
· Strong organizational and time management abilities
· The ability to work individually to meet goals and collaborate within a team environment
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Experience in the event industry is a plus
