Top Legal Executive plans and directs all aspects of an organization's legal affairs. Ensures all business policies and activities are managed correctly and in compliance with current laws. Being a Top Legal Executive provides strategic guidance on legal issues, manages compliance and risk mitigation, reviews contracts, and handles other legal duties to protect the organization's interests. Uses a broad range of legal expertise and current knowledge to advise leadership on any regulatory changes or actions that may impact the business. Additionally, Top Legal Executive assists or represents the organization in business negotiations. May assist in the defense of the organization in lawsuits and the prosecution of lawsuits on behalf of the organization. Requires a JD. Requires State Bar membership. Typically reports to Top Legal Executive. Responsible for the development of functional or business unit strategy for the entire organization.     Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is currently recruiting a Legal Marketing Director for one of our prestigious clients based in Miami, FL. This role requires a dynamic individual with over 5 years of marketing experience within a law firm environment. While bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position.
     
    Key Responsibilities:
    • - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote legal services and enhance the firm's brand visibility.
    • - Collaborate with attorneys and senior management to identify target markets, client segments, and business development opportunities.
    • - Manage the firm's digital marketing initiatives, including website content, social media presence, email marketing, and online advertising.
    • - Oversee the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
    • - Coordinate and participate in networking events, conferences, and seminars to expand the firm's professional network and client base.
    • - Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
    • - Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
     
    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA or JD preferred.
    • - Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing within a law firm or professional services environment.
    • - Strong understanding of legal industry trends and terminology.
    • - Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns.
    • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
    • - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
     
    Preferred Qualifications:
     
    •  Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
    •  Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
    • Prior experience managing a marketing team or department.
