Develops and implements plans and procedures regarding risk management, application and renewal, acceptance and rejection. Being a Top Life Underwriting Executive keeps abreast of any changes to medical progress and regulations which pertain to life insurance products. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Top Life Underwriting Executive typically reports to Top Underwriting Executive. The Top Life Underwriting Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. The position requires excellent communication skills, computer skills, organization and adaptability. 2 years of experience as an assistant underwriting or producer preferable or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation will be based on experience and includes potential annual bonus incentive, group benefits (e.g., medical, dental, vision, life, LTD, 401k and 401k match, paid holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO).
