A leading critical access hospital located in northern Maine is currently searching for an experienced Executive Director Provider Services to join their accredited healthcare team.

This organization provides access to world-class acute care services to a population of roughly 14,000 people. The inpatient services provided include cardiology, emergency medicine, orthopedics, and wound care. This system also provides various outpatient services including laboratory procedures, physical therapy, occupational therapy, radiology, chemotherapy, same-day surgery, cardiac and pulmonary rehab, nutritional counseling, home health, and respiratory care.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Executive Director Provider Services will oversee operations of all physician practices, design and implement strategic business plans, identify areas of growth and improvement, work to increase provider profitability and ensure practice efficiency. The Executive Director Provider Services will participate in provider recruitment, oversee department capital and operating budgets, set direction regarding clinic productivity, and promote the mission and vision of the organization.
