- Experienced as a Maintenance leader in a healthcare facility

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Maintenance Director:**- Supervise and support the maintenance staff, ensuring efficient and competent service.
- Conduct daily facility inspections.
- Manage and adhere to maintenance budgets.
- Oversee maintenance and upkeep of all mechanical equipment, including water heaters, HVAC units, kitchen equipment, etc.
- Perform or supervise various maintenance functions such as installations, carpentry, furnace and air conditioner repairs, plumbing and appliance repairs, drywall and painting repairs, minor roof repairs, and more.
- Maintain control of maintenance storage and mechanical rooms.
- Ensure proper use and care of all tools, equipment, and vehicles.
