- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff, and medical team.
- Conduct regular rounds to monitor delivery of nursing care, effective coordination with other support services, cleanliness and appearance of residents, morale of staff, and ensure residents’ needs are being met in a proactive manner.
- Carry out, coordinate, and manage administrative functions in areas or programs related to Nursing Services.
