    Eventus WholeHealth specializes in delivering an integrated care model to adults in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, employing a network of healthcare providers such as Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and in-house Support Staff. The Regional Long-Term Care Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role in offering comprehensive assistance to the Regional Long-Term Care Account Executive in sales-related activities within the designated region.

    Key Responsibilities:

    The Regional Long-Term Care Sales Support Specialist is accountable for aiding the Regional Long-Term Care Account Executive in fostering enduring relationships, ensuring superior customer service, and developing partnerships with our portfolio of Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing facilities contracting for Eventus WholeHealth physician services. This position requires adeptness in liaising between facility administration/staff and internal Eventus WholeHealth provider and support teams to ensure successful delivery of our integrated care model. The specialist is responsible for implementing and overseeing the Eventus WholeHealth Better Together Program in assigned facilities, conducting on-boarding, in-service training, performance reviews, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction measured through satisfaction surveys and facility retention.

    Customer Service Excellence:

    • Lead the implementation process for new facilities from business development handoff to go-live.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned facilities, implementing the Eventus WholeHealth Better Together proprietary program.
    • Liaise between facilities and Eventus WholeHealth providers/staff, ensuring effective collaboration, service delivery, and exceptional customer service.
    • Conduct quarterly in-person reviews and monthly telephone reviews following the Better Together program format, reporting performance against agreed metrics.
    • Monitor facility administrators' and staff's engagement to promptly identify and escalate issues, resolving them using established protocols.
    • Inform Eventus WholeHealth leadership and providers of any changes in facility administration or ownership.
    • Fulfill additional duties as assigned.

    Facility Retention and Revenue Improvement:

    • Maintain 100% retention of Eventus WholeHealth services in assigned facilities.
    • Secure commitments from facilities for additional services.
    • Network within facilities to ensure eligible residents and patients complete the consent process for our services.
    • Promptly communicate with Eventus WholeHealth leadership/providers regarding any indications of dissatisfaction from facility administration or staff.
    • Obtain testimonials from existing facilities and secure referrals for new facilities.
    • Foster relationships with Acute Healthcare facilities and other relevant organizations.

    Supports Business Development Activities:

    • Assist in executing sales strategies in collaboration with the Regional Long-Term Care Account Executive.
    • Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence using Trella.
    • Retain existing facilities and leverage relationships for new facility leads.
    • Identify potential new Eventus WholeHealth services based on facility feedback/requests.
    • Develop a close working relationship with the Business Development team.
    • Aid in preparing sales reports, materials, and presentations.
    • Participate in industry/trade events as required.

    Quality and Compliance:

    • Maintain and update databases, CRM systems, and sales-related tools to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
    • Adhere to all Eventus WholeHealth policies and procedures.
    • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations pertaining to post-acute care facilities.
    • Proficient understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, Private Payer, and other insurance types.
    • Display a passion for the health and well-being of patients and residents in post-acute facilities.

    Qualifications/Education:

    • MA,LPN, RN or similar healthcare provider credential.
    • 3 years of experience in an Account Manager/Customer Service Role.
    • 5 years of experience in the Post Acute Healthcare industry.
    • Extensive experience in the post-acute care market with a preference for facility administration expertise.
    • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, alongside exceptional multitasking abilities.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documents.
    • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and non-clinical personnel.
    • Track record of successful account retention and revenue growth.
    • Proficiency in computer skills including Windows 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Sales Force.com or similar CRM systems.
    • Willingness to travel, with estimated overnight travel at 25%.
