Provides budgetary oversight and controls to marketing initiatives and delegates resources and teams to execute short-term and long-term marketing plans. Additionally, Top Marketing Executive plans and directs critical marketing functions, including market research, communications, and product planning. Evaluates and improves operational processes and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to Chief Marketing Officer. The Top Marketing Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Position Details
- Paid Weekly - $24.00 base-appt, commissions available based on performance.
- Solid Training Reps are set up for success with our training program we have been running for over 40 years. Additional training is provided as they progress.
Reps like that they are able to start with people they are comfortable with and expand from there.
Flexible Schedules Reps create a schedule that works best for them. Some work as much as possible, some only part time, and others are just looking to earn some extra cash around their busy schedule.

Product - We work with Cutco products that are used in the home focusing on the kitchen and some gardening tools as well.
Previous experience & knowledge about home goods or sales isn’t required.
Advancement Reps who make this a career position (even if they work part time) can move along several different paths including management.
Location Sales reps work locally after training, meetings and trainings are done in the office.
