    Responsibilities:

    Qualifications:

    • Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees.
    • On-board and train new employees.

    • Experience managing the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Salesforce or similar software
    • Knowledge of HR sourcing techniques and strategies
    • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices and procedures
    • In depth understanding of organizational development, compensation, staffing, training, performance management, and employee & labor relations functions.
    • Proficient in PC applications, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
