Assists loan underwriters with complex or unique circumstances and trains the team on all regulatory guidance to ensure compliance. Additionally, Top Mortgage Credit Manager recommends improvements to the review process and general underwriting procedures to maximize efficiency. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Top Mortgage Credit Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Top Mortgage Credit Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Outside Sales- Market Area Manager | Dealer Relationships

    About this Position:

    • Market Area Managers work within their assigned geographic territory in the field. Residence within or near this assigned territory is required.

    Responsibilities:

    As a sales representative for Credit Acceptance, you will be provided with continuous training to help you achieve success within your assigned territory. Responsibilities in your area will include:

    • Prospecting automotive dealerships to enhance business development outcomes
    • Account management & client services to build a strategic and consultative relationship with customers
    • Running a territory with entrepreneurial drive and dedication similar to a small business owner

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum travel of 80% in the market
    • Proven track record of success in a competitive sales environment
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
    • A valid driver's license, insurance and registration
    • Occasional overnight travel, less than 10%

    Preferred:

    • Knowledge or experience in auto finance or retail operations of automobile dealerships
    • Existing relationships with dealers in the defined territory

    Targeted Compensation: $103,500 Monthly Uncapped Commission
