Assists loan underwriters with complex or unique circumstances and trains the team on all regulatory guidance to ensure compliance. Additionally, Top Mortgage Credit Manager recommends improvements to the review process and general underwriting procedures to maximize efficiency. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Top Mortgage Credit Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Top Mortgage Credit Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Qualifications
- Must have NMLS license. MUST provide NMLS # when applying.
- 2 Years' Mortgage Origination Experience Required.
- Remote position - requires secure, reliable, high-speed internet connection
- No part-timers. Must have ambition and go-getter outlook on life and career.
- Self-sufficient.
- Team Player.
- Minimum current production of one loan per month - self generated.
Pay Range: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
