Job Responsibilities
Provide on-site service and customer support during field visits.
Manage installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of equipment.
Diagnose errors or technical issues and identify appropriate solutions.
Produce detailed and timely service reports.
Document processes and procedures.
Adhere to company protocols and field procedures.
Operate vehicles safely and use field automation systems.
Collaborate with the technical team and share information.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Comprehend customer requirements and provide recommendations.
Perform basic installation and hardware repairs for major brand equipment.
Additional Information
Technicians may accept or decline work based on availability or comfort with equipment.
Service events are on-site at commercial locations (oƯices, retail), with occasional
residential clients.
Technicians are required to return unused or broken parts using a prepaid shipping label.
Qualifications
Proven field service experience.
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
English literacy.
Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
Technical degree or certification.
Option to sign up for specific equipment types (desktops, laptops, printers, servers, etc.).
Compensation
Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Rate:
o $45 flat Break/Fix hardware service calls (negotiable based scope and distance).
o $30 per hour for Deskside Support and Project service calls
Work Volume: Depends on location, mileage, and work volume you are willing to accept.
Work System
Technicians are notified via BAM, our web system, with details of service requirements
(equipment, time, and location).
A portal (TECHWA) allows technicians to view, accept, or decline work, upload service
receipts, and track payments.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
