Trantolo & Trantolo llc is currently seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team in New Haven.

About the role:

The position requires frequent interaction with clients, development of necessary evidence and in-depth knowledge of motion practice. We are looking for a self-motivated plaintiff attorney who is ready to manage a large caseload in a rapidly growing law firm. The ideal candidate for this position will have 5-10 years of experience in handling personal injury cases from inception to resolution, including trial work.

Our ideal candidate:

Education and experience

• JD and licensed in CT. Additional tri-state licenses a plus.
• 5-10 years of experience in handling personal injury cases.
• Complete knowledge of the CT and/or NY practice book.
• Successful outcomes at trial.
• Needles Case Management or other digital case management tool experience.
• Experience with community outreach.

Skills and abilities:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Bi-lingual a plus.
• Ability to manage complex cases across various practice areas in various stages of resolution.
• Ability to work independently as well as contribute to team goals.
• Ability to delegate and prioritize workload.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Able to work comfortably in a paperless environment as well as manage workflow remotely.
