Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Labor and Employment Attorney at Hyderally & Associates, P.C. The attorney will be responsible for handling all aspects of labor and employment law cases, including conducting legal research, drafting motions, and representing clients in litigation.
Qualifications
- Labor and Employment Law expertise
- Experience in employment litigation
- Strong research skills
- Ability to draft motions effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Bar admission in New Jersey and/or New York
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
