Top Patient Care Services Executive directs, plans, develops, and implements patient care programs and services. Creates and implements policies and procedures for care delivery. Being a Top Patient Care Services Executive manages all clinical patient care functions including nursing services, and ancillary services such as radiology, laboratory, pharmacy, rehabilitation and social services. Monitors the performance of patient care services, benchmarks the performance against government agency standards, and implements changes as necessary. Additionally, Top Patient Care Services Executive assists top management in resolving operational issues and developing strategic plans for improved patient care. A School Based Health Center (SBHC) Patient Service Representative (PSR) is the first point of contact between the student and their families and our School Based Health Center. The SBHC PSR will be responsible for supporting the students and their families either in person or via the phone; will have a welcoming voice and offer a professional invitation to our clinic. This position includes scheduling, patient outreach, and ensuring care is coordinated and integrated between all three service lines (medical, dental, and behavioral health).
The SBHC PSR Supervisor will complete SBHC PSR responsibilities at an SBHC site and supervise the SBHC PSRs for all sites. This position may be asked to occasionally work at administrative offices located in Frisco, CO, and travel to other SBHC sites.
