Scope of Services:
As a Compliance and Privacy Specialist, you will work within small collegial Legal, Compliance & Privacy team and play a pivotal role in enhancing the organization's privacy and compliance frameworks. Your primary responsibilities include the development and execution of comprehensive tabletop exercises, ensuring engagement of necessary teams, defining roles, and identifying activities for incident management. This involves creating data privacy scenarios, leading exercises, and providing valuable feedback for updating Data Incident Response Plans. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Data Privacy Manager to integrate privacy requirements into the Third Party Risk Management program. Your role extends to supporting mandatory training rollouts, coordinating reporting with third-party status tracking, and assigning training to new employees. With a focus on customer satisfaction, driving change and innovation, and leveraging your strategic orientation, you will contribute to fostering a culture of compliance and privacy excellence. Your experience in managing compliance and privacy, preferably in the IT services industry, along with a CIPP designation, will be vital in ensuring the organization's adherence to the highest standards in data protection.
