    We are currently seeking an Account Executive for our Industrial division which include, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution centers and the construction and aviation markets. We are looking to hire a talented, competitive, and trustworthy professional to help us grow our business. The Account Executive is a key member of the sales team, and the responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The primary objective is to generate revenue and achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This position may be remote or in-office at our locations in Lexington, Ky or Newburgh, IN.

    This position reports to the Industrial Sales Manager.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Researching and identifying potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, online research, and trade shows.

    • Generating leads and building a sales pipeline to meet sales targets.

    • Conducting product or service presentations to prospective clients to showcase the benefits of and features that meet their needs.

    • Addressing any inquiries or concerns and offering suitable solutions.

    • Setting up meetings with potential clients and identifying their needs and concerns.

    • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data and provide that information to sales management.

    • Ensure that availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.

    • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

    • Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and budget constraints.

    • Negotiating terms and closing sales deals in a timely and effective manner.

    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.

    • Handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

    • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

    • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

    • Monitoring industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement is sales strategies.

    • Keeping accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales progress, and revenue projections.

    • Working closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with overall company goals.

    • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet sales targets and drive business growth.

    Qualifications & Competencies

    • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred, but experience may be sufficient.

    • Preferred experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for tracking leads and customer interactions. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

    • Knowledge of the industrial markets, market trends, and the competitive landscape.

    • A goal-oriented, self-motivated approach to achieving sales objectives.

    • Occasional travel is required.

    • Other duties as assigned.
