We are hiring an experienced Design Sales Consultant who has experience with custom window treatments in Louisville, KY. In this role you will sell and design custom window treatments to residential clientele in their homes.

Through these in-home consultations you’ll gain a deeper understanding of the client’s dream design, and be able provide custom solutions to meet their window treatment needs!

OUR OFFER

• Two Pay Structures: Base Plus Commission OR Commission Only
• TRUE first year earnings between $80k - $120k for seasoned sales professionals

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Conduct in-home sales consultations to understand customer needs and preferences
• Provide expert advice on an array of products, including draperies, blinds, shutters, and shades
• Schedule appointments, conduct measurements, and deliver accurate quotes
• Negotiate sales and finalize contracts, ensuring a seamless handover to the operations and installation team
• Actively participate in local lead generation and community involvement

EXPERIENCE

• 2 years of custom window treatment sales REQUIRED
• Consultative sales methodology (active listening and guiding clients to solutions)
• Previous experience working in an environment requiring HIGH attention to detail
• Proficiency level with technology tools that allow you to generate quotes and manage records in a CRM
• Willingness to occasionally work on Saturdays
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. 
• Valid OH Driver’s License
