Position Title: Desktop Technical Support and Special Projects

Day in the life…

· Helping users solve software/hardware issues

· Learning new tools and techniques for providing solutions to stakeholders

o Experience with desktop technical support in a Windows environment

o Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, both user interface and administration

o Experience with Google Workspace, SharePoint, and WordPress a plus

o Minimum of 2 years work experience
