Additionally, Top Property Casualty Underwriting Executive typically requires certification as a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). Typically reports to top underwriting executive. The Top Property Casualty Underwriting Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Property Casualty Underwriting Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. - Working knowledge of Yardi 7S is a plus
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong customer service skills and leadership skills
- Must be very detail oriented
- Must be punctual, self-motivated, and have the ability to resolve conflicting issues
- Must have a valid driver’s license, proper automobile liability insurance and dependable transportation that is in good operating condition
- Drug test and background check required
