Worldwide Foam is searching for a top-notch Machine Operator to join our growing team. You'll be the mastermind behind our machinery, ensuring it runs at peak performance and produces top-quality products. Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday through Friday

Here's what you'll do:

• Operate and maintain various warehouse equipment, configuring, loading, and optimizing them for maximum efficiency.
• Help in all aspects, such as material handling, forklift operations, and of course, machine operating.
• Inspect products meticulously to ensure they meet our rigorous standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, clean, lubricate, and troubleshoot any machinery hiccups.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and communicate clearly to keep production flowing seamlessly.
• Adapt to new tasks and solve problems logically when unexpected situations arise.
• Meet deadlines, even if it means putting in some extra effort (we compensate handsomely!).

What makes you the perfect fit?

• 2 years of experience operating machinery in a production setting (forklift experience a plus).
• A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Problem-solving prowess and the ability to think on your feet.
• High school diploma or GED and basic computer skills. (Bonus points for 3 years of production experience!)
