As the Purchasing Agent at Flintrock, you will collaborate with the purchasing team and report to the Director of Pre-Construction Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate: Dedication to the purchasing team's procurement strategies.
Communicate: Consistently survey and communicate product availability details to our sales and construction teams.
Accuracy: Update builder software to ensure take-offs are accurate and pricing is correct. Maintain updated pricing in the software.
Trade Partner Relations: Develop and optimize trade partner relationships. Prospect and acquire new Trade Partner accounts. Manage Trade Partner contact lists. Ensure insurance coverage of Trade Partners.
Execute Purchase Orders.
