### Duties: - Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. - Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to perform accurate measurements. - Utilize a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to inspect complex parts and components. - Perform quality audits to identify any non-conformities or deviations from established procedures. - Analyze data and test results to identify trends or areas for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. - Fabricate and maintain inspection fixtures and gauges as needed. - Follow established quality assurance (QA/QC) protocols and procedures. - Adhere to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines for food safety inspections. ### Experience: - Previous experience in quality control or quality inspection roles preferred. - Familiarity with using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. - Proficiency in operating a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) is highly desirable. - Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices. - Ability to analyze data and interpret test results accurately. - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify non-conformities or deviations from specifications. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
