Develops processes and systems to ensure that all necessary licensing, filings, certifications, and permits are processed and monitored. Being a Top Regulatory Affairs Executive establishes monitoring policies and procedures to ensure compliance with existing regulations. Anticipates new or changing regulations and coordinates with internal stakeholders to develop strategies to address changes in product, operations, or testing requirements. Additionally, Top Regulatory Affairs Executive investigates and addresses any reported issues of non-compliance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. Duties:
- Clean and sanitize assigned hotel rooms and public areas according to established standards
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities
- Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties such as mopping and sweeping
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Restock supplies in rooms and public areas as needed
- Respond to guest requests for additional amenities or services promptly and courteously
Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in residential or commercial cleaning
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
