POSITION SUMMARY

As the Menu Research and Development Specialist at Godfather’s Pizza, your role is to innovate and refine our product line by developing new recipes, improving exiting ones, and staying updated on market trends. You will collaborate with various teams to bring these ideas to fruition while ensuring quality, compliance, and cost-efficiency.

This position will coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Research and Development Kitchen, which includes but is not limited to, preparing products, maintaining equipment, general organization, cleanliness of the kitchen, and other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Product testing, evaluation, and documentation for product development.
• Assist with quality assurance issues.
• Support field operations with hands-on training and rollouts.
• Assist in the product preparation for product showings, training videos, and photo shoots.
• Remain knowledgeable of all Godfather’s Pizza operations and new food technologies that could improve restaurant operations.
• Product development.
• Other duties as assigned.

Things to keep in mind:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Degree in Culinology or Culinary Art preferred but not required.
• 1-2 years of related experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
