Job Summary

This position plays a vital role in setting the tone for the organization. As the first and last person that clients see when they are in the office, the Director of First Impressions/Executive Receptionist is instrumental in ensuring guests receive a WOW experience every time they come into contact Connors Wealth Management.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Greets clients and prospective clients in a friendly and sincere manner, making them feel comfortable when they visit the office
• Manages all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Sends periodic client correspondence
• Handles calendars for the Wealth Advisor(s) and others in the office
• Orders and manages office supply inventory
• Manages customized client gifts within budget
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills Proven 3-to-5-year track record for one company, preferably in client/customer service

• Excellent interpersonal and conversational skills
• Positive, upbeat attitude and an extraordinary level of client services
• Superior phone skills—friendly and helpful in all interactions
• A genuine interest in serving and caring for other people
• Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to multi-task
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with CRM systems preferred
• Professional office dress attire required
• Attendance is an essential function
