This position works on a team across all of North Risk Partners to support the Commercial Lines service team. The team works under the support and direction of the Divisional Service Leader along with support from the North Risk University Training Leads. This position will support various duties assigned by Account Managers and Commercial Lines Leaders to support the Commercial Service Account Management team. This role is designed to prepare the individual for the Account Management track, Sales track or Select Service track in the Commercial Lines of insurance.
Proficiency and the ability to complete Phase 1 responsibilities independently and accurately is required before moving into Phase 2.
