Our longtime client, an Employer of Choice in New England, is seeking an outstanding Software Development Support Specialist. This person will respond to customer’s issues by analyzing the application’s data and determining root cause problems. These issues may be programming or data issues. As the customer’s application software is complex and data driven the person must be an expert with SQL (or T-SQL) and be familiar with programming skills in C# and/or Java. This role is a Level 2 support role and will interface with the Level 1 representatives who take customer input as well as the Project Manager and other team members.
The position is a contract to hire role and the role is hybrid with some onsite work at their office in Springfield MA. This is 12-month contract with possible extensions if necessary.
