HiTZ 104.9 -Visalia, California is looking for a new Morning Show for one of California’s biggest Top 40 stations.
A proven, engaging, and compelling and most importantly FUN and LOCAL show is a must for this position, as well as the ability to live and understand the lifestyle of the Top 40 listener.
This is an extremely high-profile position, not a four-and-out-the-door job, and not an entry level position. At least 3-5 years of personality radio experience is required. We need your fun, crazy personality! Did we mention PERSONALITY! No card readers here!
The successful candidate will not just reach out to the community on a weekly and sometimes daily basis, but be a leader in it, with a proven track record of out-doing every other show in their market for visibility, local content, and listener interaction.
Teamwork, collaboration, positive energy, and a strong work ethic are required to succeed in this position. Paid remotes and endorsement opportunities are available in this position. But you have to show us you want to work and you can do the job on and off the air! You must have the mentality that the “show never ends”. Your life is the show. Always. Visalia is about 3-4 hours from San Francisco, Sacramento, Los Angeles and some of the best mountain ranges and beaches you’ve ever seen! You’ll get to work and play in California’s Central Valley! Experience with Wide Orbit/Vox Pro and multi-track production software including Vegas-audio and video. You are a social media genius, including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snap Chat. Plus, you’re a master at audio and Video editing software.

QUALIFICATIONS
The pay range for this position is from $50,000 per year to $70,000 per year. Additional compensation may be available for personal appearances, endorsements based on community involvement and could range from $0.00 to unlimited based on talent.
