We are looking for a qualified high line Service Consultant for our great neck location, that is responsible and understands the proper handling of service customers. The service consultant is a crucial liaison between customers and the service department, and you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assessing vehicle issues, and coordinating vehicle repairs and maintenance services. The ideal candidate possess strong communication skills, technical knowledge of automotive systems, and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Following up on all service appointments
• Working with service manager to ensure that all goals are met.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge.
• Maintain a high CSI.
• Update customers on their vehicles’ status!
• Achieve high hours per RO.
• Ability to create a memorable experience for our customers.
• A passion to welcome people to our business environment.
• Will make servicing a car fun and enjoyable.
• Ability to work in a positive business environment.
• Experience with CDK is a must
