About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Top Hand to join our team in the Construction industry. You will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the job. Your ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders will be critical to your success in this role. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with heavy equipment operation
• Certification in First Aid and CPR

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
• Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the job
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders
• Ensure that all equipment and tools are properly maintained and used in accordance with safety guidelines
• Support the lead Tower Tech, follow directions and be teachable.
