Top Total Quality Executive oversees all aspects of an organization's total quality function. Develops and directs quality policies, standards, and programs designed to drive continuous improvement of organizational processes, products, and services. Being a Top Total Quality Executive develops budgets and sets strategy for investments in technology and assets. Directs cross functional teams and vendors in implementation of quality programs. Additionally, Top Total Quality Executive incorporates methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen in the design and implementation of total quality initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to COO or CEO. Manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Has acquired the business acumen and leadership experience to become a top function or division head. We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor. Responsibilities
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Process orders and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
- Manage and motivate staff, ensuring they meet their goals.
- Perform detailed audits and record inspections of products.
- Load and unload deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and audit inventory daily.
- Oversee security operations and maintain awareness of the condition and location of fleet vehicles and the building.
- Perform pick packing and packaging tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or College degree.
- 3 years’ experience in a warehouse lead role managing hourly employees.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Access database.
- Knowledge of automotive products to perform quality controls.
- Ability to take direction and train employees
- Knowledge in various warehouse storage strategies.
- 2 years of experience in pick packing.
