The Administrative Assistant will maintain office supply inventory, answer tenant inquiries, coordinate and track maintenance requests, and assist Property Manager as needed.
Strong organization skills, a can-do attitude, and great communication skills are desired. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated, trustworthy and hardworking person looking for flexibly in a professional but casual environment.
We are looking for a part time person and we are flexible with our work schedule (approximately 25hrs a week).
Requirements include :
Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills, compose a business letter or email with correct punctuation and spelling
Professionally answer phones and direct calls as necessary
Schedule appointments and meetings

Maintain office filing systems
Strong organization skills, multi-tasking, and follow through
Strong computer skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office,Word, Excel, Outlook and Data Entry. Knowledge of Appfolio property management software a plus.
Ability to work well with all levels of employees and outside business contacts
Office management skills including equipment maintenance, ordering supplies, processing mail and shipping packages
Knowledge of accounting and property management a plus
Ability to tactfully and discreetly handle highly confidential matters
